Hong Kong's higher educational institutions have reduced unoriginal writing by 21.1% over the course of this study, while its secondary schools have seen unoriginal content decline by 39%. Both higher and secondary education institutions have been grading online en masse due to its benefits, and their electronic submission of papers has increased from only 113 papers in 2003 to nearly 810,000 by 2014.
