When you first start using Turntin you will be asked to accept a user agreement - this only happens once - when you first submit an assessment item through Turnitin.

If you are using Safari as your browser there is a problem where the "You have accepted the latest User Agreement" popup window will cover the submission page. Unfortunately this can prevent you accessing the "Submit" button to submit your Assignment.

If this happens to you please try another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome - either to accept the User Agreement or to submit your Assessment item.

Once the Turnitin User Agreement has been accepted this problem will not reoccur after this first time, so you could then return to using Safari afterwards, if Safari is your preferred browser.
